Because I couldn’t find a complete, accurate list of all the wargear and when it unlocks in Dawn of War II’s Last Stand mode, I’m creating my own in the hopes that it’ll prove useful to others someday. 🙂 If you find these lists useful or have any corrections to make, just drop me a comment at the bottom of the page. Default weapon. Can only be replaced, not removed.
Two-handed melee weapon, 10.3 dps. +25 Energy. Grants trait: Armor Piercing (Melee strikes from the Staff of Light ignore up to 100 armor value.)
Overlord’s Diadem
Default armor. Can only be replaced, not removed.
Armor Rating: 50.
Raiment of the Overlord
Default commander item. Can only be replaced, not removed.
+50 Armor Rating.
Staff of the Obelisk
Starting equipment
Two-handed ranged weapon, 4.9 dps. +35 Health. Grants Traits: Armor Piercing (Melee strikes from the Staff of Light ignore up to 100 armor value), Area of Effect (Attacks from this weapon deal damage over a large area.)
Celestial Staff
Starting equipment
Two-handed ranged weapon, 18.2 dps. +15 Energy, +15 Health. Grants Traits: Armor Piercing (Melee strikes from the Celestial Staff ignore up to 100 armor value), Rush of Battle (Ranged strikes from the Celestial Staff reduce the cooldown time of any abilities actively cooling down.)
Warscythe of Extinction
Starting equipment
Two-handed melee weapon, 14.6 dps. +1.0 Energy Regeneration. Grants Ability: Necrotic Barrier (15: Project an impassable barrier that can halt an advance, re-route enemies, or simply lock an enemy in place. Knocks back units caught in its initial projection.) Grants Traits: Armorbane (Melee strikes from the Warscythe of Extinction ignore up to 100 armor value), Unshakable (Makes the wearer immune to knockback.)
Glyph of Tombs
Starting equipment
Accessory. +85 Energy.
Mindshackle Scarabs
Starting equipment
Accessory. Grants Ability: Mindshackle Scarabs (10: Inflict mind-stealing scarabs into the target squad, causing it to fight for your cause for a duration.
Glyph of the Implacable

Accessory. +100 Armor Rating.
Nanoscarabs
Starting equipment
Accessory. Grants Ability: Nanoscarab Repairs (10: Instructs dormant nanoscarabs to begin repairing critical damage.
Glyph of the Wraith

Accessory. Grants Trait: Swift (+25% Movement Speed.)
Glyph of Living Metal

Accessory. +90 Health, +3.0 Health Regeneration.
Diadem of the Nemesor
Unlocks at level 4
Armor Rating: 125. Grants Trait: Combat Expert (+30% Melee and Ranged damage.)
Raiment of the Tesseract
Unlocks at level 5
Commander Item. +35 Armor Rating. Grants Ability: Tesseract Tomb (30: Projects a pocket-dimensional labyrinth that traps and holds enemies firmly in its grasp while it is active.)
Voidreaper
Unlocks at level 6
Two-handed melee weapon, 30.0 dps. Grants Ability: Entropic Strike (10: A hateful strike from the Voidreaper completely strips the armor of a nearby target and those nearby for a short duration.) Grants Traits: Armorbane (Melee strikes from the Voidreaper ignore up to 100 armor value), Unshakable (Makes the wielder immune to knockback), Fearless (Unit is immune to suppression.)
Glyph of the Reclaimer
Unlocks at level 7
Accessory. Grants Ability: Immortal Reclamation (10: Draw on immense inner power to sap the sentient energy of nearby enemies. This renders combat impossible but dramatically improves health regeneration.)
Tachyon Diadem
Unlocks at level 8
Armor Rating: 80. Grants Ability: Tachyon Arrow (5: Fires a hyper-accelerated armor-piercing bolt at the target.)
Technomancer’s Diadem
Unlocks at level 9
Armor Rating: 65. Grants Ability: Voidblast (18: Discharge energy from either the Staff of Light or Warscythe at a target, blasting it backwards and dealing damage.)
Raiment of Resurrection
Unlocks at level 10
Commander Item. +25 Armor Rating. Grants Ability: Resurrection Orb (35: Throws a slow-moving orb that, upon landing, creates a field that prevents you and your allies from taking fatal damage, and revives dead allies (and yourself, if you manage to get incapacitated before the orb lands and puts up the field) once it fully activates.
Staff of the Phaeron
Unlocks at level 11
Two-handed ranged weapon, 42.8 dps. +75 Energy. Grants Trait: Armor Piercing (Melee strikes from the Staff of Light ignore up to 100 armor value.)
Diadem of Reanimation
Unlocks at level 12
Armor Rating: 110. Grants Traits: Reanimation Protocols (Self-resurrect after a delay)
Phase Shifter
Unlocks at level 13
Accessory. Grants Ability: Phase Shift (Teleport)
Phylactery
Unlocks at level 14
Accessory. Grants Trait: Impervious (brings the Overlord back from 0 HP with full health, can be used once every 30 seconds)
Lance of Annihilation
Unlocks at level 15
Two-handed ranged weapon, 16.6 dps. +1.3 Health Regeneration. Grants Trait: Armor Piercing (Melee strikes from the Staff of Light ignore up to 100 armor value.) Grants Ability: Annihilation Barrage (Fires a bunch of beams in a line at the target area)
Glyph of the Star Gods
Unlocks at level 16
Accessory. +1.7 Energy Regeneration.
Warscythe of the Phalanx
Unlocks at level 17
Two-handed melee weapon, 16.1 dps. +100 Health. Grants Traits: Armorbane (Melee strikes from the Warscythe of the Phalanx ignore up to 100 armor value), Unshakable (Makes the wearer immune to knockback), Unending Vengeance (Killing blows with the WarScythe cause damage to near by enemies)
Glyph of the Tireless Harvest
Unlocks at level 18
Accessory. Grants Trait: Awoken (reduces cooldown time of all abilities)
Nightmare Shroud
Unlocks at level 19
Grants Ability: Nightmare Shroud (Causes all lower level enemies to flee for a short duration.)
Raiment of the Nightbringer
Unlocks at level 20
Commander Item. +10 Armor Rating. Ability: Allows Necron Ovelord to summon the Nightbringer from the C’tan shard.
Doomsday Edge
Unlocked by achievement “The Red Harvest” (Complete 100 total waves as the Overlord.)
Two-handed melee weapon, 13.5 dps. +30 Energy. Grants Ability: Pitiless Strike (25: Smash all nearby enemies with a stunning strike from the Doomsday Edge.) Grants Traits: Armorbane (Melee strikes from the Doomsday Edge ignore up to 200 armor value), Unshakable (Makes the wearer immune to knockback.)
Monolithic Diadem
Unlocked by achievement “Lord of Risen Doom” (Revive 2 Allies at a time – or 1 Ally and yourself – with the Resurrection Orb ability twice in a single game.)
Armor Rating: 75. Grants Trait: Might of the Triarch (reduces energy cost of abilities)
If you place a resurrection orb on an imperial guard turret, the IG can place down a second turret next to it! Do it again and they can spawn a third, and so on…

I found a build even more ridiculous than the one I mentioned above:

Let me just be the first here to say that the Voidreaper is absolutely incredible. Here’s my current (level 7) build, and I already feel like a true Necron Lord: slow, but almost impossibly relentless.
Voidreaper, Diadem of the Nemesor, Glyph of Living Metal, Nanoscarabs, Glyph of Tombs, Raiment of the Tessaract
The glyphs provide a huge health and energy pool, the Nanoscarabs allow the quickly-regenerating energy to be used for self-heals, and between the Voidreaper and the Nemesor, the damage output is staggering.
